I had an amazing time at the hotel! The location is stunning, right across from the lake and surrounded by trees and mountains. The cabin we stayed in was clean and well equipped, plus the kids loved the playgrounds and outdoor activities. I did notice the shared bathrooms could be more spacious, but overall, the experience was fantastic. It was definitely value for money considering all the fun we had!

I had a wonderful time at the park hotel, nestled just outside of Rotorua. The location is absolutely stunning, right next to a beautiful lake with so much to do. The accommodations were clean and well-equipped for our stay. However, the lack of proper ventilation in bathrooms and the pricing felt a bit high for what was provided. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with lots to enjoy, especially if you love being outdoors.
